What Pests Does the Package Cover?
Our quarterly pest control package covers more than 35 types of Texas pests. Some of the most common ones we treat include ants, spiders, wasps, and scorpions. If you are dealing with any of those around your home, this package is built to handle them.
What Happens on Every Visit?
The quarterly package includes four treatments per year. On the first visit our technicians go inside the home and treat around the baseboards and throughout the interior to make sure everything is properly covered. The goal is to create a barrier that keeps pests from getting a foothold inside your living space.
After the interior is treated, we move to the outside. Our technicians treat the perimeter of the home, sweep the eaves, and treat around doors and windows to make sure the exterior is just as well protected. Inside and out, the focus is on building a reliable barrier that keeps pests where they belong.
What Is Not Included in the Quarterly Package?
There are a few pests that fall outside the quarterly package: fire ants, mosquitoes, termites, and rodents. Those require specialized treatment and Vista Lawn and Pest does offer separate packages for each of them.
