The time to trim crape myrtles is right now!
You always want to trim the while they are dormant during the winter months. With the mild winters we've had its hard to predict when crape myrtles will be coming out of dormancy. It may be much sooner than normal, so don't wait too long to trim your crapes!
If you do not know how to trim crape myrtles, DON'T TRIM THEM! Make sure you look up the proper techniques before trimming. You can easily do more harm than good if you trim them incorrectly!
