What does your lawn need over the next 6 weeks?
Your lawn should have had at least two feedings by now, and it will not need another until late summer/early fall.
So what does your lawn need in the mean time?
Easy, protection from pests. Not just any pest...but chinch bugs in particualr.
Chinch bugs are a problem every single year, and they seem to be getting worse with each passing year. The hottest, driest part of the summer is when they rear their ugly head and destroy lawns (see the pictures in the video from last year).
We haven't seen any damage yet, so now is the perfect time to keep that from happening with a bifenthrin application. A bifenthrin application between now and the end of July should keep you protected from chinch bugs this season.
While chinch bugs may the target pest, bifenthrin will also give you about 45 day coverage from fleas, ticks, chiggers, ants and many other pests as well.
(Side note...this is completely unrelated to the grub worm applications, they are two separate products and applications)
