Just like with smaller houses, the basic package includes the roofline of the house. That's everything on the edge—all the way around the front of the house, and then down the sides as well, all the way to the back corner.

The second tier for a custom house like this is what a lot of people go with. We add the dormers—outlining every single one with our C9 lights. Then we add the ridge lines, which are everything on top of the house—all of these peaks. The ridge lines go all the way around to the backside of the house.
This really fills out the Christmas lights and makes it look really nice on these custom homes.

This is the most popular choice for custom homes because it creates that full, complete look.
To really go all out with this house, we add the finishing touches. We add wreaths on all the windows, stake lights all along both sides of the sidewalk, outline the flower beds to make the walkway really light up, put mini lights on the posts, and wrap the trees with lights.
